A booking deposit of 30% of the total is needed at point of booking & the rest 8 weeks before the arrival date
For bookings less than 8 weeks from the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that a £200 returnable damage deposit is required in addition to the final payment. Our
preferred payment method is by BACS, we will provide details upon enquiry.
.Payment by credit card is available through our other website, please enquire for details.
All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets.
All bed linen, towels & tea towels are provided.
There is a travel cot and high chair available on request but we do not provide cot linen.
Late booking rates can be found on the home page.
A two night stay will cost 50% of the normal weekly rate, three nights 60%, four nights
70%, five nights 80% and six nights 90%. We can be flexible with the dates for Christmas and New
Year, please enquire with dates. The returnable damage deposit still applies.
