Price
Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday as we have found this is the best day for
travelling by road. A booking deposit of one third of the total amount is required to
reserve the requested week(s). For bookings less than 8 weeks from the arrival
date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that a £100 returnable damage deposit is required in addition to the
final payment. Our preferred payment method is by BACS but we are happy to
accept cheques as well. Cheques should be made out to Friars Cliff Properties Ltd
and we will provide BACS details upon enquiry. All prices are quoted in Pounds
Sterling (GBP). If booking from overseas, bank transfer or bank draft are the normal
methods of payment.
Unfortunately we cannot accept pets as we have guests who are allergic.
Late booking rates can be found on the home page. From 2nd November to 29th
March we are happy to consider short breaks. A two night stay will cost 50% of the
normal weekly rate, three nights 60%, four nights 70%, five nights 80% and six
nights 90%. The returnable damage deposit still applies.
