Weekly Price
Bookings are from Sunday to Sunday as we have found this is the best day for
travelling traffic wise on the A30, A303 & M5. A booking deposit of one third of the
total amount is required to reserve the requested week(s). For bookings less than 8
weeks from the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Please note that a £100 returnable damage deposit is required in addition to the
final payment. Our preferred payment method is by BACS but we are happy to
accept cheques as well. Cheques should be made out to Friars Cliff Properties Ltd
and we will provide BACS details upon enquiry. All prices are quoted in Pounds
Sterling (GBP). If booking from overseas, bank transfer or bank draft are the normal
methods of payment.

We are happy to consider short breaks outside of the School Holidays.
Please enquire. A two night stay will cost 50% of the normal
three nights 60%, four nights 70%, five nights 80% and six nights 90%.
The returnable damage deposit still applies
